What insurance/permits do I need?
We've got your event covered with both general liability and liquor liability. Our bartenders are also smart serve certified. We are a "Dry Hire". Ontario liquor laws don't allow us to carry our own liquor license, however, we can help you out with obtaining a Special Occasions Permit, as well as any other permits you may need for your event. If you feel more comfortable with your own event insurance, we can help with that as well.
How far do you travel?
Located in Sarnia, ON we serve all surrounding areas. All of our packages include the first 50kms of travel, after that, additional charges apply. If your wanting to have us at your event and are a bit far away, please don't hesitate to contact us for a custom quote. We may be able to pull it off!
How big is the trailer?
Our trailer is 13ft long (including the hitch), and just over 7ft wide. The perfect option for any outdoor space. We can even fit inside select indoor venues!
How will I know what to buy?
Once we hear more about your event, we will be able to provide a detailed shopping list. We base this off of your number of guests and general consumption.
Any technical requirements?
We do require a standard 110v outlet. A generator can also be rented if power supply is not available.
How do I secure A booking with The Minzy Lounge?
After completing our "Request A Quote" form, we will create a price custom to your event. A 30% deposit will be required, as well as a signed contract. The remaining balance is due within 2 weeks of your event. If your event is short notice, no worries! A full payment and signed contract will be due upon booking.
